As a specialist Loft surveyor i have been in the industry for over 6 years, and have seen many lofts through designing, planning permission, building regulations and build stages.

I began my career by achieving a 3 year OND in construction and wanted to go University to become a Registered RIBA Architect but later decided this wasn’t the route i wanted to take.

I worked on site from a young age, and solved building problems on and off the jobs whilst looking after many clients through payment stages, planning stages party wall issues and selling the lofts purely on the potential space they had in their loft, whilst coming up with designs no other company was.
